We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented leader to serve as Senior Vice President, Marketing, responsible for defining and delivering a marketing strategy that accelerates growth, strengthens brand equity, and drives measurable impact across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of market strategy, product positioning, demand generation, and partner ecosystem development, with direct influence on executive decision-making and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise B2B marketing, a proven ability to architect category-defining narratives, and a track record of scaling high-performing teams. This leader must combine analytical rigor with creative storytelling, ensuring Zayo is recognized as the partner of choice for digitally progressive enterprises, local to national governments, carriers and cloud providers alike, while confidently communicating strategy and outcomes across all levels-from individual contributors to C-level executives and the Board.

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences to measure ROI, pipeline impact, and market presence.
Steward the enterprise-wide Marketing budget with discipline and transparency, making data-driven investment decisions.

Location: This position will consider applicants that currently reside in the continental United States (remote work), but Denver, Colorado is preferred.
Estimated base pay range: $290,000 - $325,000 USD/annually.
