What You'll Do:
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assist with process improvements and internal controls
Mentor junior accounting staff as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and growth-minded
