Primary Purpose

We are seeking a talented and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping us develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve our business objectives. Essential Functions

  • Analyze omni-channel marketing performance-including website traffic, paid and organic search, email, and social media-to generate clear, actionable insights that drive efficient, scalable new-business growth.
  • Develop test-and-learn strategies to identify opportunities and behaviors that improve engagement, raise conversion rates, and increase average order value.
  • Implement, deploy, and monitor ad-level tracking by applying appropriate tracking mechanisms to creative assets prior to vendor delivery; continuously analyze tracked performance and report insights, optimization opportunities, and recommendations to the Campaigns Manager.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage keyword research and monitor search rankings and organic conversion performance-while also optimizing for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and large-language-model (LLM) discoverability.
  • Inform content marketing strategies through comprehensive evaluation of all content initiatives, including blogs, videos, and other key assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and engineering to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with our IT Business Relationship Manager to ensure proper data hygiene and data governance, as well as optimal integrations with CRM, web analytics, ad platforms and internal databases.

Proven experience as a digital marketing analyst or in a similar analytical role

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords / SA360, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Familiarity with industry trends and digital marketing best practices

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields are a plus

$77,400.00 - $112,200.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
