The Senior CRM/Email Marketing Analyst leads the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM and email marketing measurement strategies. In this role, you will analyze CRM and email campaign data, as well as customer lifecycle and engagement metrics, to evaluate and enhance marketing effectiveness across all digital channels. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement and growth in customer engagement and retention through data-driven insights. The Senior Analyst works with other marketing analysts to uncover trends, provide actionable recommendations, and maximize the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on overall business objectives.
