As a Senior Marketing Manager for the Caremark Brand and Content Strategy team, you will be addressing the needs of our clients and members by developing and executing a thought leadership strategy that delivers on our messaging pillars and drives our audience to engage digitally. Specifically, you will directly support the content ideation, development and distribution for the Caremark brand.
The Senior Manager requires a client-obsessed mindset with ability to understand the buying journey, digest & interpret data and research, and drive the development and execution of integrated content strategies. This role is best suited for someone who is collaborative in nature and highly adaptable, demonstrates strong strategic problem-solving skills, is naturally curious and has experience working across highly matrixed organizations with a variety of business partners and senior leaders. This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage large, multi-faceted projects and a deep knowledge of B2B and B2C strategy development and execution.
7+ years experience in a marketing related field
2+ years experience in content generation and distribution role
2+ years experience leading people
Experience supporting B2C and B2B campaign strategies, integrated marketing plans, and communication development
Strategic and analytic thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to look into details while keeping in mind the strategy in place.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects
Analytically comfortable interpreting data; ability to summarize member insights, campaign data, research and communicate insights and opportunity areas
Healthcare experience or experience or other regulated industry experience
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
