This role provides hands-on technical and functional support for the FISERV DNA core banking platform, with a strong focus on commercial banking use cases. The position is responsible for deep technical analysis and troubleshooting across tightly integrated systems and APIs, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution. The analyst works closely with APIs, supporting connectivity, simulating traffic, and diagnosing issues while clearly translating technical findings into actionable requirements for developers and business stakeholders. The role supports both internally developed and SaaS platforms within a fast-paced, Agile environment and partners closely with engineering, product, and business teams in an iterative, test-and-learn delivery model.
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
5-7 years of IT experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
4+ years of hands-on experience supporting a modern core banking platform, preferably FISERV DNA
Strong functional banking experience (commercial banking preferred)
Strong API troubleshooting and integration experience
Experience supporting cloud-based platforms; Azure fundamentals knowledge required
Experience in incident management and production support
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex technical concepts concisely - Techno-functional experience configuring and integrating FISERV DNA or other core banking platform
Agile/SAFe environment experience
Working knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Azure cloud-native environments
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
Business Analysis certification (CBAP or similar)
