Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Amazon Nova product marketing team. Amazon Nova is a new generation of foundation models that deliver frontier intelligence and industry-leading price performance. Using Nova models in Amazon Bedrock, businesses can seamlessly build and scale generative AI applications with Nova that are safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

In this role, you will focus on marketing Nova models and agent development services. You will shape the strategy and narrative that helps customers understand Nova offerings and build AI solutions effectively on Nova. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of emerging AI technology and real-world business transformation.

As a key team member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help lead early market development efforts, establish compelling messaging, drive global growth, and help shape the future this AI-powered technology that will have a significant impact on our customers' businesses. You will partner closely with AWS Executives, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to create compelling launch moments
  • Define product positioning and messaging
  • Create clear marketing content, grounded in a good understanding of the product and target use cases, that resonates with both developers and technical decision-makers
  • Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate impact
  • Partner with product team to influence roadmap based on market and customer insights
  • Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • MBA
  • Experience marketing developer platforms or AI services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
