Sr. Product Operations Associate
Rokt US Corp. - Build, implement, and conduct Quality Assurance (QA) troubleshooting of technical solutions for Rokt's proprietary platform used by advertisers and partners. Responsibilities include QA troubleshooting, creating demo sites, configuring API/FTP data delivery and customer implementations, conducting end-to-end testing across devices and browsers, monitoring performance, developing automated testing tools, documenting procedures, collaborating with internal teams and customers for problem resolution and technical support, providing usability feedback to developers, determining product readiness (including demo sites and technical audits), and optimizing data delivery and campaign setup.
Requirements: Education: Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. Experience: 1 year experience as Graduate Research Analyst, Machine Learning Intern, Data Science Intern or related. Special Skills: The position requires 1 year experience with each of the following: Python Programming, Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, UI/UX Analysis, A/B Testing, Project Management, Cross-functional Collaboration, Data Visualization, and Data Collection, Analysis & Research Methodologies. Employer will accept experience gained through paid and unpaid internships. Salary Range $102,086 - $135,000 Per Year.
