Supply Chain Product Manager

This role requires an individual with excellent knowledge of engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing in a fast paced ever changing environment. You will be responsible integrating across teams to maintain continuity of supply while minimizing supply chain risks. Data-driven decision-making is at the core of Amazon's culture. You will own building solutions and administering supply chain risk management that enable senior leaders to make critical business decisions.

Key job responsibilities:

Executes strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, and that align to the overall organization vision

Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement

Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal and external development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities

Prepare and present detailed data-driven business reviews to senior leadership, focused on supply chain risk management

Drive strategic supply chain risk reviews and mitigations with internal teams

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

7+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, infrastructure or data center construction industries

7+ years experience in program, project, or product management

3+ years expertise with data, analytics, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines

Advanced experience in program, project, or product management

Advanced experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or quality

Strong business and financial acumen

Program management with integrated scheduling and milestone tracking

Ability to influence cross functionally across engineering, deployment, supply chain, and other internal or external partners

Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a bias for action

High degree of business ethics and accountability

Strong communications (verbal and written) skills

Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment
