Job Duties: Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for technical product or products utilizing deep understanding of product(s); lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product; participate in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution; collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience; coach technical product teams towards best practices and learnings; ensure delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary; partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and support/drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery; lead the planning, development and implementation of new technical products; define and analyze technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans; employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience; participate in and provide recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities; participate in the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

*** Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.

Requirements: Employer will accept three years of academic studies toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or closely related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including IT - Digital Business Operations Lead and/or Specialist.
