Our team leads the Replenishment and Inventory transformation across Walmart International, enhancing working capital and growth in Mexico, Canada, Central America, and Chile. We deliver advanced capabilities including real-time Enterprise Inventory visibility, stable inbound/outbound flows, SMART forecasting, and modernized order management with NOVA 2.0. Addressing supply chain challenges such as excess inventory and flow variability, we drive efficiency and sales growth. Beyond platform delivery, we focus on future needs like promotional allocation and process automation, building a resilient, future-ready supply chain aligned with customer growth and operational excellence.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize feature performance.
Drive product vision and strategy by identifying market opportunities and defining success metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to secure alignment and resources for product initiatives.
Mentor and guide team members on product management best practices and agile methodologies.
Oversee product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, rollout, and scaling.
Foster continuous improvement through research, innovation, and process optimization.
Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and product management within complex environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and insight extraction techniques.
Deep understanding of customer needs, journey mapping, and process optimization to enhance product value.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and product lifecycle management.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus through effective communication and data-backed narratives.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, system architecture, and innovation in product development.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
