Director Of Product Management For Last Mile Delivery

As Director of Product Management for Last Mile Delivery, you will define, build, and scale the products and platforms that power Walmart's last-mile logistics network. You'll own the customer and driver experiences that enable fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery-whether from stores, fulfillment centers, or third-party partners.

You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and supply chain to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact how millions of Walmart customers receive their orders, shaping a critical part of our omnichannel promise.

Qualifications required include:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale logistics, eCommerce, or transportation products.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, optimization, geospatial/routing, or logistics platforms.
• Deep understanding of last-mile delivery dynamics, gig-economy platforms, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
