Collaborate with user research activities tailored to commercial users -- integration with our Omni UXR team, making recommendations based on heuristic evaluation and applying data findings from user testing as well as performance metrics. Analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the Ford Pro fleet management administration ecosystem and citing areas for possible improvement. Create and communicate business and user value for design in both structural and interface terms. Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to evaluate and design according to product requirements and business goals, centered on user-imperative design challenges. Lead or participate in ideation sessions to brainstorm potential solutions. Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (low to high fidelity) for all administrative functions within Ford Pro and its related XaaS offerings. Design through decision trees, mind maps and flow diagrams first, applying those to Figma UI representations, when and where needed. Ensure designs are consistent with Ford's design system and common patterns. Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Software Engineers, UI Designers, User Researchers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders (like business analysts or domain experts). Clearly communicate design rationale, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate actively in agile ceremonies (if the team follows an agile methodology. Create usable and easy to understand design specifications and documentation for engineering teams. Citation of specific components and any functionality variants. Contribute to and utilize the team's design system and pattern libraries when use cases dictate. Domestic travel required up to 10%.
