About the Role

In this opportunity as Vice President, Partner Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners.
  • Inspire and lead a team of partner marketing professionals.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams.
  • Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities.
  • Oversee the partner marketing budget.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Vice President, Partner Marketing if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that drive measurable results.
