We're seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Growth Marketing to lead and execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of payments ecosystem, strong technical marketing skills, and experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Google Analytics. Key responsibilities include:
GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion.
Demand Generation: Own and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.
Marketing Automation: Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to build automated workflows, lead scoring models, and personalized customer journeys.
Website & Analytics: Manage and optimize the company's WordPress site for performance, SEO, and conversion. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
Payments Ecosystem Expertise: Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with financial decision-makers and align with industry trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or financial technology company.
Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred skills:
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
Familiarity with other marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Hotjar.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates and landing page creation.
