We are seeking an interim Vice President of Marketing to lead and optimize our client's global marketing operations during a period of significant growth and transformation. As a key executive, this role will focus on aligning marketing strategies with company priorities, driving demand generation, enhancing pipeline development, and establishing the organization as a prominent B2B thought leader. Collaboration across Sales, Product, and Business Units will be critical in fostering a cohesive and unified team culture.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the realignment of global marketing strategies, accelerate pipeline growth, integrate AI into marketing processes, nurture senior-level marketing talent, and optimize agency collaboration.
Leadership: Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to senior marketing team members, as well as align cross-functional efforts across Product, Growth, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
Execution: Manage key elements of the day-to-day marketing function, including global strategic planning, tracking performance metrics, maximizing ROI, campaign oversight, and ensuring alignment between external agencies and internal teams.

Requirements:
Key Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within services/software sectors.
Expertise in demand generation, product marketing, team management, and leading organizational transformation.
Proficiency with marketing automation, AI tools, and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to mentor senior-level talent and drive measurable business outcomes.
Familiarity with regulated industries, such as food, agriculture, or supplements, is preferred.
Fluency in English, with additional European language skills as a plus.
