The ideal candidate must possess a strong portfolio of advertising work, with clear examples of highly impactful TV, digital, and social campaigns. They should be versatile, able to craft high-level strategic visuals, and lead ideation for integrated creative campaigns. A deep interest in and engagement with culture is essential, along with a strong understanding of what works across various media platforms.
