Marketing Technology Manager

The Marketing Technology Manager will:

  • Be responsible for email and web content presentation and customer experience on multiple on-line platforms including front end development.
  • Develop and/or manage processes to ensure emails and site content is updated, compliant with requestor requirements, brand standards, and U.S. Bank policies
  • Document required compliance information related to digital assets
  • Maintain existing and/or create new Marketo email and landing page templates
  • Maintain updated security certificates, work with Information Security to set-up vanity URLs and to resolve other network related challenges
  • Remain up-to-date on the latest best practices related to digital branding, accessibility testing and bank policies.
  • Execute automated and manual accessibility testing. Stay informed on the latest bank procedures and requirements related to testing.
  • Collaborate with multiple business lines, technology, marketing, compliance, and subject matter experts to understand and support business needs/requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of Adobe Experience Manager technical experience required (front-end)
  • Deque or other accessibility testing platform experience
  • Knowledge of Marketo email and landing page template development
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 3 years experience with Adobe Marketo required
  • Intermediate knowledge of and ability to write HTML, CSS or JavaScript
  • 3 years experience with Adobe Experience Manager (front-end)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, online marketing and business needs
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to manage significant priorities that are subject to change
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues of all levels across the company-Experience in a highly regulated industry a plus

Hybrid/Flexible Schedule:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
