The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and execution of marketing projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with internal governance requirements. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing multiple concurrent initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in aligning execution with strategic goals, maintaining process integrity, and enabling efficient, compliant delivery across the marketing ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Ownership
· Lead the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from intake and planning through execution, launch, and closeout, with full accountability for outcomes.
· Independently manage marketing programs within Adobe Workfront, including:
· Identify and engage key stakeholders early, ensuring alignment with broader business and marketing strategies, including clear project objectives, scope, and success criteria in partnership with business and marketing stakeholders.
· Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities, timelines, and business needs without compromising quality or compliance.
· Ensure projects are audit-ready at all times by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and process integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
· Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of compliance framework and controls.
· Serve as a steward of standardized processes while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve execution quality.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
· Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with cross-functional partners, including marketing teams, business line stakeholders, compliance, and leadership.
· Act as the primary liaison between project teams and business units, ensuring clear expectations, timely updates, and transparent issue management.
· Facilitate effective project communication through:
o Status updates and milestone tracking
o Proactive risk and dependency management
o Clear escalation of issues and decision points
· Engage directly with contributors and partners in solution-oriented discussions to align on deliverables, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver resultsPreferred Skills/Experience- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects with end-to-end accountability.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with marketing workflow tools such as Adobe Workfront or SharePoint.
- Experience working within regulated marketing environments or organizations with structured approval and governance models.
- Experience supporting workstreams, projects, or programs using Agile methodologies

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
