Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four to six years of experience in marketing or related field Preferred Skills/Experience - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field (internships and project work count!). - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar). - Hands-on experience using analytics tools to interpret campaign data. - Strong teamwork and communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, cross functional setting. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability and a growth mindset—eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to take on new challenges. - Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in digital marketing - Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Advanced knowledge of advertising/promotion and new business development - Strong analytical and research skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
