U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the consumer lending product marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a leading role supporting the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to acquire new lending clients and deepen with existing clients to drive lending growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize measurable, customer-centric marketing programs to support business line goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and other teams to create messaging and marketing materials.
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce and place materials that are branded and compliant.
  • Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
  • Be aware of changing market dynamics and collaborate with team to test and learn new ways to engage customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
  • Complete projects on time and on budget.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity
