Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Provide strategic technical leadership to the Business Development organization, offering expert guidance on integration architectures and solution feasibility to support the acquisition and acceleration of new commercial opportunities.
  • Cultivate and manage high-value partnerships with external stakeholders, co-creating scalable, mutually beneficial solutions that strengthen Elavon's ecosystem and long-term market position.
  • Oversee and steer Product Enablement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring Smartlink and FROB test frameworks are robust, compliant, and aligned with product release objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison to the Elavon Partners team, driving the successful deployment of new capabilities into production environments and ensuring operational readiness across impacted functions.
  • Maintain governance over critical project documentation—including project logs, NDAs, referral pipelines, and intake documentation—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Lead bi-weekly cross-functional program governance calls, providing transparency into progress, risks, interdependencies, and strategic decision points.
  • Direct and manage the partner certification process to ensure integrations meet Elavon's technical, security, and performance standards.
  • Partner closely with customers and solution providers to diagnose root causes, reduce operational errors, and enhance solution stability and customer experience.
  • Develop high-quality technical and business-focused collateral to support Business Development, partner onboarding, and solution positioning efforts.
  • Deliver targeted enablement and training sessions for the POS helpdesk organization, strengthening technical capability and ensuring consistent, high-quality support for complex deployments.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
