The Enterprise Payments Product team is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing payment solutions that balance performance, security, and customer experience at scale. The team works closely with technology, risk, sales, and operations partners to bring new payment capabilities to market and continuously improve existing products for merchants across multiple geographies.

Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:

  • Rotation 1: Product Fraud and Optimization Solutions
  • Rotation 2: Product Mature Product Management
  • Rotation 3: Product Portfolio Management

Responsibilities:

  • Support product management in the day-to-day management of Fraud and Optimization product set.
  • Work with GTM to support product commercialization.
  • Assist Business Development and Relationship Managers, providing product knowledge to enable sales.
  • Assist in product documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Work closely with teams who focus on customer outcomes and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business management, Maths or Data Science field of study with a target completion date of May 2026
  • Understanding of financial and payments market
  • Keen interest in AI driven fraud management solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to start graduate program on 1 Sept 2026
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail

Location: London Old Broad Street

  • The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Contract Type

  • 2 year fixed term contract
