We are seeking a highly effective and dynamic Product Manager to support emerging liquidity solution efforts within Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS). In line with our clients' needs for ease of use and visibility, TPS is working to deliver virtual account management capabilities that make it easy to manage their liquidity and account structures.
The Product Manager will participate in developing new concepts from ideation to design to commercialization including multiple pilot iterations throughout. As part of the product life cycle, the Product Manager will partner with stakeholders from Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to secure their participation and support for these newly developed solutions.
The Product Manager will contribute to the growth of Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) business through ideas and solutions based on market research, competitive analysis, client demand and working in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and the rest of the Product Team within Treasury Management. This job will also provide the opportunity to learn different aspects of Treasury Management business including Payables, Receivables, Channels & Data, and Deposit & Liquidity Management, which will help with alignment, integration, and data exchange with other TPS offerings to provide a holistic solution to clients and internal partners.
- Partnering with the Emerging Liquidity Solutions Senior Product Manager to conduct market/client research, collaborate with internal support partners and external vendors and support definition of use cases, target markets and business strategies.
- Develop financial cases and commercialization plans.
- Evaluate and onboard vendors as needed.
- Provide ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on such initiatives.
- Manage to appropriate KPIs, OKRs and metrics to measure success.
- Collaborate with internal analytics and reporting teams to develop behavioral analyses and portfolio modelling that drive client optimization strategies.
- Ensure go-to market strategies by providing marketing and product support to sales and service organizations; addressing an end-to-end focus on controls and regulatory requirements; including an ongoing evaluation loop that includes requests from clients, sales, product and operations and also including continuous internal education and sales support resources that will enable in-depth client discovery/engagement on cash flows and short-term liquidity.
- Product management experience
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Treasury or Treasury Operations.
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile-based teams.
- Works well in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
- Understands current market trends and client expectations/buying behavior in the Treasury space.
- Successful track record of supporting complex programs in large multi-product organizations.
- Prior experience in working on in-house and vendor supported products.
- Understands product costing, P&L management and has proficient worksheet and analytics skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to identify client behavioral patterns and preferences and drive innovative solutions to meet those patterns and preferences.
- Product development, roadmap development and the Agile delivery process preferred.
- Creative problem solver with experience building and executing innovative and complex solutions. Proficiency in project management, including project planning and budget management.
- Self-motivated; strong follow-through and commitment to owning and delivering results.
- Inquisitive nature and critical thinking capabilities. Able to deal with ambiguity. Ability to address shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value. Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
