U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Product Manager in Englewood, Colorado.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the development of the Account Member Profile product to expand roles within digital access. Take ownership over multiple projects in the Account Member Profile product to further enhance user experience. Define user roles and permissions for the Account Member Profile. Ensure secure and appropriate access to sensitive member data across card holders with different permissions on the same account. Understand and translate system requirements from internal clients based on business rules and enable customization projects for card partners without compromising system security. Ensure Account Member Profile product complies with relevant fraud management and privacy legislation. Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, and user experience teams to define and refine product requirements. Monitor and improve data synchronization processes. Reduce latency in updating member profiles and ensure real-time accuracy of customer data. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of key features and functionality. Responsible for conducting Sprints and Backlog Prioritization. Oversee the work of Agile based teams and lead refinement sessions to ensure readiness for Sprints and Backlog prioritization. Position may allow working from home within a commuting distance of worksite location. Multiple Positions.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related.
Required Skills/Experience: Must possess 5 years of experience with each of the following: Agile product management in the banking, financial technology, or telecommunication industry; developing strategies and executing plans for product launches; creating product vision based on market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities; utilizing technology to solve complex business problems to deliver User Experience products; automating business processes, including incident management, change management and service requests using ServiceNow; gathering requirements and setting up rules in compliance with data privacy and personally identifiable information (PII); implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks; collaborating with engineers and domain experts to align product features with core business needs and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts; diagramming data, processes, systems and workflows using Lucidchart; visual collaboration and team problem-solving using Mural; building digital interface designs and collaborating online with Figma and FigJam; automating and streamlining daily work tasks using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA); accessing, cleaning, and analyzing data with SQL; documenting methodology and project roadmaps using SharePoint; Visio; cloud platforms; and database and data management principles. Position may allow working from home within a commuting distance of worksite location.
