This role will be supporting Integrated Card Services (ICS) within the Payments Organization. ICS supports payment business lines to meet and exceed the increasing business demand in Credit Card Processing.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the backlog and prioritization for multiple API engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset and have experience in managing and grooming a backlog of requirements and working with cross-functional teams. Key skills include the ability to elaborate approved features into clear and complete epics, bridge the gap between engineering and business and understand both the technical aspects of a product and the strategic goals of the organization. The individual should be goal-oriented, have a proactive approach to work, excellent cooperation and team-working skills and a willingness to constantly learn.
Oversee the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s) in support of the Enterprise organization's goals and market needs. Engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with the agile scrum teams to deliver. Drives functionality, user experience, and strategic direction for one or more facets of the Technical Platform. Partners with both customers and end users, interacting and operating within the product delivery teams throughout the agile delivery process.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
