Sr. Director, Demand Fulfillment Product Delivery Lead

The Sr. Director, Demand Fulfillment Product Delivery Lead will be responsible for transforming our forecasting and freighting technology stack to meet this challenge by creating a future-proof vision and rallying agile product teams to bring it to life. In partnership with Supply Chain leadership, assessing and selecting new technology, managing vendor relationships, defining release priorities are critical to ensure achievement of business outcomes and results through technology enablement.
Responsibilities
- Improve demand accuracy through toll tuning and implementation (Blue Yonder Forecasting)
- Make and meet business value commitments through innovative advising and thoughtful execution
- Assess future state Transportation Management System needs, develop a multi-year roadmap for transformation, and drive leadership approval
- Support product and freight buyer satisfaction and engagement through intuitive and data-connected technology solutions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Establish action plans when needed.
- Partner with enterprise planning efforts to transition to a package purchase order generation model
- Build effective partnerships with Supply Chain leadership in corporate functions and distribution centers
- Ensure customer satisfactory by maintaining high standards of IT product delivery and service
- Manage department budget for operating expense and capital expenditures within business as usual and project portfolio
- Other duties as assigned

- 10 direct and indirect reports, in addition to contractors

- External: Technology Vendors; consulting firms; industry organizations
Work Environment
- Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in software development and implementation including 5 years management experience; end-to-end delivery of a Transportation Management System from RFP to completion preferred
- Must possess multiple years of experience in IT leadership and/or governance or other relevant areas
- Experience developing an innovation and future-proof agenda preferred
- Experience owning a product throughout its lifecycle preferred
- Experience leading large-scale projects ($5m+) preferred

- Communication, change management, persistence, and influence skills needed to own the message, create transparency and alignment, and deliver through and despite obstacles
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $125,000 - $215,000.
