We are looking for a Product Manager who is a curious, resilient architect ready to build a high-octane growth engine for our Partners. You have a mindset obsessed with the seamless journeys and a relentless drive to eliminate friction at every turn—your goal is to get high-intent customers in front of a Partner as fast as humanly possible. You'll be a natural leader who thrives on collaboration, using data to influence and lead cross-functional teams with clarity and purpose. You don't just manage a backlog; you champion a vision while maintaining focus in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You will join a high-energy, cross-functional squad as the "Orchestrator and Gatekeeper" of our lead ecosystem. Working alongside experts in UX, Data, Engineering, Partner engagement and Marketing, your team's mission is to revolutionize how we acquire, nurture, and manage leads for our Partners.
We have over 70,000 Partners out in the communities in the UK, connecting customers with the UW proposition. They're the beating heart of our business and you'll work closely with them to understand what makes them tick and how to help them sell!
