We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to take responsibility for maximising Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) for existing UW Customers. You will develop and lead the roadmap for initiatives and features that incentivise multi-service adoption, optimise in-life sales journeys and reinforce the unique value of the UW proposition at critical lifecycle moments.

- Journey Optimisation: Own and refine in-life sales journeys, such as home-move processes, to ensure high conversion and seamless user experiences.
- Churn Mitigation: Develop triggers and messaging that demonstrate the tangible benefits of multi-service ownership (e.g., energy price impacts) to prevent service cancellations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, co-creative partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to align backlogs with channel-specific needs and pains.
- Commercial Prioritisation: Utilize a value-based framework (LTV, net profit, service counts) to make defensible, data-driven decisions on product direction.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, your technical toolkit and experience should include:
- Technical Mastery: Data-driven discovery experience, using behavioural analysis to uncover true customer needs.
- Strategic Impact: Strong commercial acumen to translate complex value metrics into a clear, prioritised roadmap.
- Domain Expertise: A background in lifecycle management, specifically post-acquisition growth, retention, or cross-sell strategies. Experience in multi-service or subscription environments is highly desirable.
- Operational Excellence: Great at stakeholder management, with a proven ability to proactively align a commercial and operational teams to deliver.
- Planning & Delivery: An agile mindset to iterate quickly on experiments and scale what works.
