We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Presentation Artist with strong design expertise to create visually compelling presentations and assets across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will specialize in high-impact visual storytelling, turning complex information into clear, engaging slides, infographics, and multimedia content while supporting related digital and print design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality presentations for internal and external audiences in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Transform complex content into visually engaging graphics, infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to create presentation materials that support messaging and campaigns.
• Edit and refine existing presentations for clarity, visual consistency, and impact.
• Develop presentation templates, slide libraries, and reusable visual assets to ensure efficiency and brand consistency.
• Prepare files for digital and print production, including resizing, color management, and quality checks.
• Produce and edit product screenshots, mockups, and multimedia content for use in presentations.
• Assist internal clients in aligning design with messaging goals and audience expectations.
• Review and proof designs before publishing to ensure accuracy and visual quality.
• Think creatively to generate new presentation concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling approaches.
• Create animated graphics, GIFs, and short videos to enhance presentation content.
• Support UI/UX and web/mobile design projects as needed, leveraging Figma and other design tools.
• Apply AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
• Enforce and maintain UWorld's brand standards across all presentation and visual materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of graphic design or presentation-focused design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, visual storytelling, and a range of creative styles.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Strong production experience in both digital and print media.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and aesthetics.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively, along with ability to understand direction and accept feedback
• Strong leadership skills with specific experience managing product priorities, setting delivery expectations, and delivering software enhancements on schedule
• Organization skills, including situational leadership, technical leadership, high attention to detail, and proven ability to resolve field escalations with minimal impact on production schedules
