The department for CX & Digital Channels is tasked with staying ahead of customer experience and interaction. The CX team supports with customer insights and together with product development we continuously deliver improved digital channels.
As a product owner (PO) you join the product leadership team together with other POs and Product Manager. Together you shape the future of all our digital channels such as our open web, private logged-in mode, company portal, and installer portal. In the role of PO you work closely with the development team with developers, QA, UX/UI, Business Analysts, and Scrum Master. Your mission is to ensure customer benefit, business benefit, and that the product is developed according to vision and roadmap. You are responsible for facilitating stakeholders, refining the product backlog, and the value of delivery.
Your main responsibilities include:
Translating the strategic goals into product development
Understanding and starting from the customers' needs, stakeholders' requirements and deciding on solutions together with the team
Ensuring a prioritized and updated backlog, planning, and delivery of development
Actively participating in the team's agile processes such as standups, sprint planning, and reviews
Being the link between business and development including Stakeholder Management
We know that you will develop with us but we would like to see that you already have:
Several years of experience in product ownership from digital channels
Experience of an agile working method with both customer and strategy in the focus of product development
Very good communicative ability in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
Experience of and understanding for large complex organizations and customer streams
Interest in the green transition, digital customer journeys, and a data-driven working method
To succeed in the role, you are analytical, structured, and have a strength in communicating and adapting messages to different stakeholders. You have a technical understanding and thrive in roles with many interfaces and collaboration areas.
