We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, Programs to help grow awareness, engagement, and attendance for VerkadaOne (our annual customer and partner conference) and to support broader brand initiatives throughout the year. VerkadaOne is our most important brand activation as well as a critical lever when it comes to driving pipeline for our business. Our most recent VerkadaOne, held this past September in Chicago, was attended by ~1200 prospects, customers, and partners and featured over 30 breakout sessions, industry training and certifications, high-profile keynote speakers, product announcements, and more. We are looking to grow this even further in the coming year and aim for it to one day be the Oktane or Dreamforce of the physical security industry.
In this role, you'll create integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate closely with sales to drive ticket sales and engagement, and help build the programs that elevate Verkada's brand in market. You'll work across channels (email, social, digital, and events) to connect Verkada's story to our customers and partners in compelling, consistent ways.
This is a highly cross-functional role that blends campaign strategy, project management, and hands-on execution—ideal for a marketer who's organized, creative, and energized by bringing big ideas to life.
This role plays a critical part in driving the success of Verkada's corporate events and brand activations. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this is a great opportunity for someone passionate about brand storytelling, B2B marketing, and campaign development who wants to make an impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Drive awareness and engagement: Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that strengthen Verkada's brand and generate demand for VerkadaOne and other key marketing initiatives.
Support VerkadaOne ticket sales: Partner with Sales to develop toolkits, playbooks, incentives, and outreach campaigns that convert pipeline into attendees.
Brand consistency: Ensure all marketing touchpoints (emails, landing pages, social posts, and assets) align with Verkada's voice and visual identity.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product marketing, demand-gen, creative, comms, and regional marketing teams to ensure coordinated execution of campaigns.
Campaign analytics: Track performance metrics, report results, and make recommendations to optimize future efforts.
Customer and partner engagement: Support community storytelling and brand moments that reinforce Verkada's leadership in the security and technology space.
Project management: Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-functional reviews to ensure smooth execution.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology with a focus on marketing promotion & proven track record of driving registrations/ticket sales and pipeline through campaign efforts.
Willingness to be onsite in San Mateo, CA, five days a week and travel occasionally for regional events.
Experience building and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns in partnership with sales.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and tracking performance metrics across channels.
Proven ability to own a marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, and drive measurable pipeline growth.
A collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
A self-starter with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency working with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot, etc.).
