Overview: At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. Paid Media drives a significant portion of our pipeline growth and you'll be at the helm to execute and optimize our next-generation strategy. We're looking for someone data-driven and performance-focused as we continue to scale globally and expand our channels.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels, which may include LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, podcasts, radio, and others. You will manage a large quarterly budget and will oversee campaign planning, ideation, and execution to drive massive impact on the top line of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through a wide variety of paid media campaigns that may include channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, Reddit, podcasts, radio, and more.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications: We're seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in digital marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include both agency and in-house B2B experience in: Paid Social, Paid Media, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Social Media Marketing, etc. Experience in content and ads creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on paid customer acquisition is highly preferred.
