Product Manager For Healthcare Ai Solutions

Lead the vision, design, and execution of provider-facing products by identifying manual healthcare workflows within Electronic Health Records (EHR) that can be optimized through AI. Drive opportunities for AI to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and reduce cognitive load for clinicians. Collaborate with engineering, AI, and clinical teams to validate use cases, document PRDs, and track project success. This role requires close daily collaboration with senior engineering and AI leaders, as well as clinicians, to ensure alignment and impact.

To be considered for the position, below requirements must be met:

  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in inbound product management, collaborating closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully driving product development in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic, Athena, Meditech, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, or other related clinical solutions like Nuance DAX, 3M 360, and similar provider-driven products.
  • Proven experience in working directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate this into actionable product insights.
  • At least 5 years in a product management leadership role, leading product vision, strategy, and execution while aligning with organizational business objectives and driving successful outcomes.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
