Product Attorney Opportunity

Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm, is seeking a Product Attorney for a secondment engagement focused on product counseling international expansion diligence. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of a set of products and services associated with a complex technology while working directly with business operations teams on diligence efforts internationally.

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid - on-site Tu/Wed/Thurs; lunch & snacks provided)

Start: End of July/Early August

Duration: Through at least the end of September (Concurrent employment not permitted)

Hours: Likely between 35-40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Active California bar license in good standing
• Experience in plaintiff-side work is not permitted
• Privacy experience is preferred
• Must have strong ability to learn quickly
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and a high attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Counseling the business in support of international launches of products and services
• Advising on licensing/regulatory, customer terms, privacy, security, and subscriptions issues
• Work with outside counsel directly in areas where the product is launching (counsel located in different geographic locations)
• Provide support to business teams, including sales, business development, operations, etc.
