Your primary objective will be to spearhead the commercial and technical requirements to ensure product alignment of the core infrastructure services underpinning the Dedicated Cloud portfolio. This will include managing key stakeholder relationships and interacting with the Service teams to verify the goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for the Dedicated Cloud requirements for our OCI service teams and documenting key items or activities. This will require good communication and organizational skills to ensure we have the right prioritization. This requires both technical and product knowledge as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills you will help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership. A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and has strong experience with developing commercial models, launching products, and prioritizing requirements. Experience in managing cross-functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.
