Senior Product Designer

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer. This designer role is specifically focused on the internal tools. Must have Figma experience. Must be able to take requirements, and work independently to see it through and navigate ambiguity.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2.

Responsibilities:

• Create simple and intuitive experiences by distilling product requirements and user goals into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes and continuously iterating to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with a team of talented designers, PMs, engineers, and customers in all phases of design, from discovery to execution with emphasis on execution.
• Ideate, design, and build experiences with an accessibility and inclusive first mindset.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working as a Product Design
• A portfolio of 2+ case studies that showcase your process from start to finish
• Capacity for simplifying complexity and the ability to create successful user experiences
• Experience applying accessibility and inclusive design principles to all initiatives
• Collaboration skills to create beautiful products in an agile environment
• Experience working in Figma

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
