We are looking for a strategic and technically minded Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge Infrastructure Solutions tailored to the data center industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape market-driven, prefabricated solutions by aligning customer insights with product innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Summary

• Contributes to defining Infrastructure Solutions product/solutions roadmap by consolidating global Voice of Customer data to define market solutions primarily oriented, but not limited, to data center industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure offering meets market needs.
• Defines product/solution requirements.
• Establishes and communicates benchmarks for competitive landscape to Product Management team.
• Identifies value proposition by customer type.
• Support Product line managers, Solution architects and Application engineers with solution proposals and technical studies.
• Infrastructure Solutions are complex products or solutions mostly related to prefabricated units which consists of Uninterruptible power, power distribution, cooling and white space infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert on Data center Infrastructure Solutions for executive, marketing, and sales teams.
• Analyze Voice of Customer and provide intelligent and effective ideas, proposals or solutions.
• Analyze cost and propose improvements.
• Analyze competitor products, documenting strengths, and deficiencies in core functionality.
• Gather information and analyze new trends and technology.
• Gather and consolidate market intelligence by interfacing with Sales team and Solution Architects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology in Infrastructure Solutions offering.
• Responsible for Sales enablement documentation and tools: data sheets, brochures, presentations, product selectors and configurators.
• Perform and maintain patent reviews for new offerings. Document data and provide details while interfacing with legal team.
• Work with Product Marketing team on creation of White Papers, Application Notes, Case Studies, and Articles.
• Work with Product Marketing team on promotional materials: videos, models.
• Provide on-site critical customer consultations when required.
• Interface with other Vertiv product and engineering teams to coordinate integration with other hardware and/or software solutions.
• Provide trainings.

Qualifications

• Graduated Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) plus 5 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant customer segments.
• Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions.
• Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs and value propositions.
• Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas to technically diverse audiences.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications with specific emphasis on Excel, Intermediate knowledge of AutoCad.
• Informative knowledge about of BIM and CFD tools.
