Product Manager Switchgear
Product Manager to lead switchgear product line, driving product strategy, development, and market growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in electrical systems with strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy for medium and low voltage switchgear portfolio
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
- Lead new product development initiatives from conception to launch

Qualifications Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years experience in switchgear industry or related electrical equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear technologies
- Proven track record in product management
- Experience with product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Project management experience
Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or MBA
- Professional certifications (PE, PMP)
- Experience with switchgear solutions
