Omnichannel Marketing Specialist

The Omnichannel Marketing Specialist assists in implementing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and contribute to the company's overall marketing goals. The role is a key support role in planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, eCommerce, and retail platforms. This position ensures consistency across touchpoints and helps drive consumer engagement and sales through collaborative campaign execution, performance reporting, and content optimization.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in digital marketing and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO fundamentals, social media platform strategies, email marketing, and digital promotions.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS, social media platforms, and influencer marketing tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, and product teams.
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a data-informed approach.
  • Ability to travel as required up to approximately 10% or more as the business requires. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

  • Familiarity with CPG, retail, or food/grocery delivery services.

Essential Job Functions:

  4. Accountabilities:
    • Attends industry trade shows as assigned, to collect social media channel content for omnichannel B2B and B2C storytelling and marketing efforts.
    • Travels periodically to observe and learn first-hand potato, carrot and/or organic veg growing and manufacturing operations to oversee/direct on-location video or photo shoots to acquire social media specific assets as needed for story execution.
    • Proactively initiates relationship-based, trust-building activities with internal and external content contributors, business partners and other stakeholders (e.g. partner growers from whom RPE sources product).
    • Develop and implement digital campaigns in collaboration with the Consumer Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager.
    • Support maintenance of the companys e-commerce sites (Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, etc.) adding and optimizing content, keywords, and promotions.
    • Manage and track email campaigns, automated flows, and customer segments to maximize engagement and conversions.
    • Monitor and respond to reviews, comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms alongside the Social Media team.
    • Provide data and reports on digital marketing performance, delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.
    • Develop and publish blogs, articles, and social media content in coordination with creative team members.
    • Support influencer campaigns and promotions by organizing delivery of product, negotiating collaborations, and measuring their impact.
    • Support the implementation of the social media editorial calendar to align promotions with marketing goals.
    • Gather industry trends, data, and customer preferences to aid strategic decision making.
    • Support team initiatives related to SEO, loyalty programs, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout some of the working day.
    • Air travel as needed.
    • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.

Starting Wage: $68,640/YEARLY
