Reports to: Project Development Director
The Marketing Coordinator plays a dual role supporting both proposal development and regional marketing and communications efforts. With a foundation in storytelling, organization, creativity, and visual communication, this individual will help produce high-quality proposals, manage marketing data and systems, assist in campaigns and other marketing outlets, and contribute to event coordination. This position offers broad exposure to both sides of the Project Development team and is ideal for someone interested in growing within or exploring the AEC industry.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field of study
1-3 years of marketing and/or proposal experience and/or a combination of education and experience
Demonstrated competency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro) with strong graphic design, layout capabilities, and potentially experience in video editing
Microsoft Office Suite Competency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Highly organized and effective task management skills
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate with teams
Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines and accommodate shifting priorities
Experience conducting research and applying analytical skills
Detail Orientation: High attention to accuracy, formatting, and consistency in all written, digital, and visual content.

Salary Range: $59,280.00 - $65,520.00
Anticipated Cost of Living Adjustment: $19,200.00 (COLA)
Total Compensation Range: $78,480.00 - $84,720.00 (Salary + COLA)
