Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering and drafting to generate timely Bill of Materials and Routings for products
• Work with engineering and product development to create and revise product BOM's, Work Definitions (Routings), and Labor Standards to maintain accuracy
• Define and optimize the routing structure for products including the sequence of operations required for assembly, testing, and quality control
• Monitor and perform labor and material studies and audits to ensure accurate BOM's, Work Definitions, and Labor Standards
• Prepare status, cost analysis, and performance reports from the ERP system as required by management
• Maintain files in an organized manner
• Wear appropriate PPE when in required areas
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of product, manufacturing processes, and principals
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and costing principals
• Experience in MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) preferred
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Travel less than 10%
• Education & Experience Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years' experience in process workflow or formal training in Bill of Material/Routing creation preferred. Experience in ERP systems like OMEGA or Oracle preferred.
