Job Summary The ideal candidate has a strong product management background, expertise in networking and peering technologies, and experience working with large-scale internet infrastructure. You will be a hands-on leader, working closely with customers, partners, engineering, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative peering solutions to market and accelerate business growth.

Qualifications: 7+ years of product management or engineering leadership experience in networking-focused environments, with deep expertise in internet infrastructure, peering, or interconnection technologies. Internet Exchange expertise a plus—hands-on experience with IX operations, peering relationships, or traffic exchange platforms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or business administration; Proven track record of building and launching complex networking software and XaaS solutions that scale globally. Passion for mastering emerging networking technologies and architecting end-to-end solutions that solve complex customer challenges. Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive product decisions and business outcomes.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following locations is: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI: $136,000 - $204,000/Annual; United States - Denver Office DEO: $136,000 - $204,000/Annual; United States - Ashburn Office AEO: $150,000 - $224,000/Annual; United States - New York Office NYO: $150,000 - $224,000/Annual. Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
