The user experience design team within PepsiCo's global strategy and transformation group is tasked with articulation of the vision, execution and implementation of PepsiCo's next generation global digital products and data infrastructure. The user experience design team is not only responsible for software design solutions but will also be accountable for the resultant business improvement and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Based in Plano, TX, your role will be part of a growing team focused on creating and supporting global digital solutions for PepsiCo. These solutions cover a broad scope including marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and direct-to-consumer experiences. You will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team where you will be our system thinker, turning inputs into actionable strategies and designs. You will work closely with designers, software engineers, process owners, product owners and final business users. You will be an internal ambassador of the team's culture around user experience design, providing stewardship to colleagues and building our UX community. This role will support the following activities:

• You will participate in the entire UX design process from initial research, ideation, conceptualization and design, to testing and validation.
• You will identify opportunities for user research, engage our research team, and incorporate design changes based on research synthesis.
• You will apply human-centered design and service design thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.
• You will create project deliverables such as low and hi fidelity mockups, prototypes, inform discussion guides for research, create insights reports and presentations, and present deliverables to clients.
• You will communicate with your team, your manager, and business stakeholders around project needs and deliverables.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
