The Influencer Marketing Manager will play a key role on The North Face's global social and influencer team, helping shape and execute an influencer strategy that strengthens brand relevance, cultural connection, and business impact across both Lifestyle and Performance.

- Oversee product allocation, logistics, and fulfillment in partnership with internal and regional teams.
- Develop seasonal seeding strategies (mailers, drops, key moments) aligned to launches and target audiences.
- Track inventory and performance to optimize future programs and ensure thoughtful, brand-aligned execution.
Agency & Campaign Management
- Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and seamless execution.
- Oversee campaign execution end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, approvals, contracts, usage rights, and reporting.
- Ensure programs are strategically aligned, efficient, and delivering against objectives while proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
Contracts, Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Support influencer contracting in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and Finance, including scopes, deliverables, timelines, payments, and usage rights.
- Maintain accurate trackers for contracts, campaigns, approvals, gifting, and talent history.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand standards while driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting, Insights & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance across engagement, reach, earned impact, and brand resonance.
