Vans is on the lookout for a creative Concept Designer to join our team and help bring our vision to life. As a Concept Designer at Vans, you'll support, partner, and execute the concept team's vision through the creation of 3D and 2D presentation tools and assets. This role involves developing visual hierarchies, layouts, and coding systems to articulate our design and innovation vision at high-level design milestones and cross-functional meetings.

Concept Execution: Support, partner, and execute the concept team's vision through the creation of 3D and 2D presentation tools and assets.

Visual Hierarchy: Create visual hierarchies, layouts, and coding systems to articulate design and innovation vision at high-level design milestones and cross-functional meetings.

Asset Procurement: Source and procure concept assets for 2D and 3D presentations.

What do you need to succeed? We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Proficiency in CAD design applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Resolves issues by using previous experience to identify the best options or improve existing approaches.
• Works under general guidance with cross-functional partners to resolve mutual problems or collaborate on procedures.
• Accountable for meeting own targets and managing their impact on the business; may also help coordinate the work of junior team members.
