GENEDGE is seeking a Regional Growth Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers in Western Virginia. This role is responsible for developing relationships with manufacturers, understanding their business and operational challenges, and connecting them to GENEDGE's consulting, training, and technical services. The Western Region incorporates Southwest, New River Valley, and Shenandoah Valley Virginia, primarily along I-81. The Regional Growth Manager also plays a key role in developing and leveraging partnerships with organizations that support manufacturers, including economic development organizations, industry associations, universities, and investment groups. These partnerships help extend GENEDGE's reach, improve client outcomes, and strengthen the manufacturing ecosystem across the Commonwealth. This is a consultative, manufacturing-focused role. The RGM is not a product salesperson and is not expected to be the technical expert in every discipline. Instead, the role combines manufacturing credibility, business acumen, and relationship development to ensure manufacturers and partners are connected to the right resources at the right time. The Regional Growth Manager works closely with Business Services Directors and third-party specialists and may provide limited project coordination to ensure continuity and responsiveness for the client.
