We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager to lead the execution of Visa's Affluent product strategy across CARCAM. This role is responsible for driving the growth, optimization, and innovation of our Affluent consumer products portfolio—including premium credit, debit, and lifestyle offerings—across select CARCAM markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Affluent segment, a proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and a track record of building strong relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business development, or marketing within the financial services or luxury/lifestyle segments. • Demonstrated expertise in the Affluent consumer segment, with a strong understanding of their needs, behaviors, and expectations. • Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies for premium segments. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Fluency in English and Spanish required. • Ability to travel within the CARCAM region as needed.
