Visa is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to lead the development, commercialization, and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and client success across the region. Essential Functions:

Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Demonstrated strategic vision and creative thinking, with a track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovation and transformation in complex, ambiguous environments. Proven ability to launch, commercialize, and drive adoption of new marketing offerings or initiatives across large, matrixed organizations. Strong analytical skills, including evaluating business opportunities, assessing ROI, and leveraging insights to inform decisions. Proven ability to influence and align diverse, cross functional stakeholders, including senior leadership. Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder projects in fast paced environments. Highly organized, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects with quick follow-through. Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to build, test, learn, and scale. Curiosity about AI, innovation, and the future of marketing, with a willingness to experiment and continuously learn. Fluency in Spanish and English
