The Marketing Manager role is responsible for leading national marketing initiatives and client-specific activities in Malta and Cyprus. The Marketing Manager will drive key projects, support ongoing campaigns, and uphold high standards of execution and reporting. The role requires strategic vision, adaptability, and strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, and agency partners.

Proven ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced assignment. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, leveraging local insights and data analytics. Strong understanding of the payments, fintech, and consumer landscape. Demonstrated management skills, with experience working jointly with partners and agencies. Expertise in the media landscape, including digital, social, and influencer channels. Excellent project management skills, including budget oversight and campaign reporting. Native-level proficiency in English and local languages (Maltese), proficiency in Greek is considered an asset, with strong English communication skills.
